|BAR MEALS||In the Piano Lounge, Bar Meals are served everyday (including Sundays) between 12 noon and 2.00pm and from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Sandwiches are available to Residents outside of these hours.|
|BOTTLED WATER||Bottled water is available, at a charge, from either Reception or the Piano Bar.|

|CAR PARKING||There is a small forecourt to the side of the Hotel for Residents use. Disabled parking can be requested. There is also unrestricted parking around the perimeter of the building.|

|FACILITIES & MEETING ROOMS||Facilities available from 2 to 120 people. If you would like any further information then the Duty Manager will be more than happy to show you around the facilities and answer any queries that you may have.|
|DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY||We ask you to take care in using all of the facilities in your room. Any abuse or misuse of Facilities, resulting in damage to Hotel property will be liable to charges, including replacement and handling costs as well as loss of revenue to the Hotel.|
|DATA PORTS||These are located at the rear of your telephones in your room. To access an outside line, set up your computer with the prefix “9,” or “9,(space),” There maybe a charge, subject to your service access number. Please also see WI_FI. Data Cables are available from Reception.|
|DINNER||A Table D’Hote Menu is served in The Sea Terrace Restaurant between the hours of 7.00pm and 9.30pm. Guests wishing to dine should book a table via Reception.

|FIRE PRECAUCTIONS||Please acquaint yourself with the nearest Emergency Exit, and familiarise yourself with the instructions in your room, which are located on the back of your door. The Fire Assembly Point is on the Seafront, opposite the Hotel. The Hotel alarms are tested every Monday at 10.00am.|
|GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS||Should you have any special needs then please contact any member of Staff, who will be only too pleased to help in any way possible.|
|HAIR DRYERS||These can be found in your dressing table drawer.|

|LUNCHES||The Piano Bar & Room Service Menus are available between the hours of 12noon and 2.00pm.
A Carvery Lunch is available on Sundays in the Sea Terrace Restaurant.
|Reception will be happy to post any outgoing mail that you may have.|
|NEWSPAPERS||Please order any newspapers that you require at Reception before 11.00pm and they will be delivered to your door the following morning. These will be charged to your room account.|
|NIGHT PORTER||The Night Porter is on duty from 11.00pm each night. If the front doors are locked please ring the bell to alert the Night Porter. There may be a short wait whilst the Night Porter returns to Reception.|
|PHOTOCOPYING||Photocopies can be obtained from Reception during Reception hours at a charge of 20p per page.|
|PIANO LOUNGE||The Piano Lounge Bar is located on the first floor next to the Sea Terrace Restaurant and opens daily from 11.00am until 11.00pm. Residents can obtain drinks outside of these hours by contacting Reception or the Night Porter.|
|PACKED LUNCHES||These should be ordered by 8.00pm the night before they are required and can be collected from Reception the following morning.|
|BLANKETS & TOILETRIES||Blankets can be found in your wardrobe. Extras can be requested via Reception. A selection of complimentary/emergency toiletries are also available from Reception.|
|PORTER||Please contact Reception for assistance with your luggage.|
|RECEPTION||Receptionists are on duty from 7.00am until 11.00pm; after which the Night Porter will take over and assist with any requirements you may have.|
|ROOM SERVICE||The Hotel offers a 24-hour drinks Room Service. Please call ext. 228 between the hours of 11.00am and 11.00pm and ‘0’ outside of these hours.
The Room Service Food Menu is available from 12noon until 2.00pm & 6.00pm until 9.00pm. Outside of these hours Sandwiches ONLY will be available.
Room Service for Food does carry a £2.50 Service Charge.
|SAFETY DEPOSIT FACILITY||Best Western Royal Victoria Hotel cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any personal effects, subject to the Hotel Proprietors Act (1956) (as detailed in Reception). If you would like to use the Hotel safe, this can be arranged between the hours of 7.00am and 11.00pm.

|SMOKING||The Hotel now operates a totally NON-SMOKING POLICY.
Should it be found that you have smoked within your room you will be liable for a £100.00 deep cleaning fine. If you are found to be smoking anywhere else in the building, you will be asked to leave.
|TAXIS||Taxis may be ordered through Reception. It is advisable to book early to avoid long waiting times. Please give Name and Room Number when booking.|

Please log on to the BW Royal Victoria Hotel network (through setting on your device) then open the internet browser and register by entering your e-mail address and create your own password then tick the Term & Conditions. This will now connect you to the WIFI.
